Policies

Slide/Receiver Work Policy:

  • Caspian will only do work to Caspian components. We will not fit a slide or frame to another manufacturers, and only do work (sight cuts, serrations, checkering, etc.) on our components.

Deposit Requirement:

  • A 15% non refundable deposit will be charged on all slide and receivers orders. Deposit will be applied towards the restocking fee on canceled orders.

Privacy Policy:

  • We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy.  We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site.  We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information the page(s) you visited.  We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

Security Policy:

  • Your payment and personal information is always safe.  Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions.  It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

Return/Refund Policy:

  • Please inspect your order carefully when you receive it. Contact us at 1-802-472-6454 right away if not satisfied. We will accept items for refund, credit or exchange if they are returned to us within 30 days in unused condition. Credit card refunds shall be credited to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.  Include invoice number and inspection tag with return item(s). If item is to be exchanged include shipping. (See Restock Policy)

Restock Policy:

  • There will be a 15% restocking fee on all canceled custom orders or all items returned beyond 30 days from purchase date.

Order Change Policy:

  • We send work orders into our shop on a daily basis, therefore, we must charge a $10 fee for changing orders after the order date. Changes will most likely delay your order.

Delivery Confirmation/Signature Required Policy:

  • All orders require a delivery confirmation and orders with a value of $100 or more will be shipped Signature Required.

Shipping/Delivery Policy:

  • Please be assured that all in stock items will ship out within 3 days of purchase. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order.  The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS).
  • If you're trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Receiver and slide orders have a 8 - 12 week back log at the moment.  Orders of multiple quanties and options may take additional time.
  • Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.  UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
